Hey Guys: Just another update to let everyone know what been going on. As most of us already know BF2 Bad Company 2 will be released March 2 2010. I have already reserve a server to setup and play on. The cost will be about $35.00 per month, as it has been in the past I will pay for and administer the server because it is what I enjoy doing. Some of the member have expressed an interest in donating to the cost of the community, it is not required but if you would like to donate something towards the running of the community please email me at

Most of you have experienced the new and improved BOTS which I have named my Italian Vendetta MOD. If you shoot at them and don't kill them they will hunt you down and kill you. So far everyone is enjoying the added challenge and the amount of swearing at the BOTS is testament to the mods success. I will also be putting up a dedicated Multimedia server for the community members to use. It will have a terabyte of storage space for uploading and downloading anything we want . All I ask in no copyrighted material on the server like music and pirated software and things of that nature. It will be a redundant device here in my office and the bandwidth should allow a minimum of a 500 KBS downloads. Upload will be restricted to 200 KBS I will let everyone know when it is in place. You can even set up and account to stream as high as 720P on the server itself more to come as I get closer to doing that. One last note of business, about 2 years ago our TS server got spammed and I locked down the servers requiring a user name and password. I am looking for a consensus on making the server public again so other non community members can log on. The would not be registered so any of us who are system admins and I believe we all are can kick them. Or we can just leave it like it is please let me know your thoughts on this issue. Everyone have a great week and I will see you on the battlefield. Chaz |
